track record will receive no answer from Tech support.
You can address Tech Support with the following issues:
- Questions concerning the installation
- Questions concerning system requirements
- Questions concerning how to operate the software or get the best
out of a certain feature
- Trouble shooting
In order to better serve you, we will much appreciate your contribution
in terms of:
- Pinpointing of random bugs
- Your own experience with certain hardware or certain operating
conditions
- What features you miss, what improvements you would like to see
- Other suggestions
Limitations on tech support: Tech support does not cover malfunctions of the customer’s own hardware. Support does not cover trial-and-error operations on hardware, or trials on different hardware setups, or any modification in the operating system setup that causes a software malfunction once the software has proved to perform properly. Especially when the DEMO is concerned, Tech support is limited to verifying that the hardware setup follows the specifications and that the installation procedure took place as described in the manuals.
